Cambridge English: Preliminary (PET) is the second of the series of tests. It may be taken by adults and teenagers (for Schools). PET Certificate is a proof of your ability to communicate in English in simple situations.

Cambridge English: Key (KET)
  •  It is an exam test at B1 level of the Common European Framework
  • The exam test checks your basic language skills, ability to understand simple texts and to use English to communicate in simple situations, and ability to understand short adverts and simple spoken instructions

CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH:PRELIMINARY is made up of three components:
  • Reading and Writing: 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • Listening: 30 minutes
  • Speaking: 14 minutes
  • PET for Schools is thematically designed for teenagers.
